Orders may be returned for an exchange or a refund within 14 days of delivery. Before returning an order, the customer is required to submit an authorization request using our
contact form. If approved, we will provide him with our return instructions. Returns will not be accepted if:
• the product is not in its original condition or shows clear signs of use
• the return has been requested more than 14 days after delivery
• the product is made of reptile leather (applies to non-EU residents)
• the product has been custom manufactured according § 3 GTC
• the product is part of the outlet assortment
Products eligible for return must be shipped with the invoice enclosed and via registered mail to the indicated address. Non-EU residents must fill out the green customs declaration CN 22, available at their local post office. Refunds will not be accepted if the return is not a result of our error (applies to non-EU residents). The customer will be required to select an exchange of equal or higher value. Reshipping will be charged in addition.
