General Terms and Conditions

Our offers are without engagement and subject to confirmation. Orders are considered to be firm if acknowledged and carried out by shipment of the goods.

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. The minimum order value is GBP 50.00. International shipments may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which the order is shipped. These charges are always the customer's responsibility.

§ 3 Custom Manufacturing

Custom manufactured items, featuring special colors, special sizes or other characteristics, are flagged by a superscript number on the product pages. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations of custom manufactured items later than 24 hours after the order is placed. Please also note the additional delivery times as well as the return conditions for these products according to § 6 GTC.

• SEPA Bank Transfer (orders over GBP 1,000.00): To be submitted in Euro currency (EUR) and within 3 business days from order confirmation. Available for residents of the European Union, Island, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland. Our bank details are being provided by e-mail.

• VISA/MasterCard: Real-time credit card transaction, using secure 128-bit SSL encryption. If you are enrolled in "Verified by VISA" or "MasterCard SecureCode", you will be prompted to enter your password.

The customer will be held responsible for the validity of the provided address information. If an order is lost during shipping, we cannot issue refunds, nor reship the order until the postal claim period has expired. Non-deliverable packages cannot be reshipped.

To check the status of your order, please provide us with the date of your order, your order number, your billing address, your shipping address (if differing) and the e-mail address you have used for your order. Find here an overview of our shipping rates.

Orders may be returned for an exchange or a refund within 14 days of delivery. Before returning an order, the customer is required to submit an authorization request using our contact form. If approved, we will provide him with our return instructions. Returns will not be accepted if:

• the product is not in its original condition or shows clear signs of use
• the return has been requested more than 14 days after delivery
• the product is made of reptile leather (applies to non-EU residents)
• the product has been custom manufactured according § 3 GTC
• the product is part of the outlet assortment

Products eligible for return must be shipped with the invoice enclosed and via registered mail to the indicated address. Non-EU residents must fill out the green customs declaration CN 22, available at their local post office. Refunds will not be accepted if the return is not a result of our error (applies to non-EU residents). The customer will be required to select an exchange of equal or higher value. Reshipping will be charged in addition.

If something is wrong with an order you have received from WatchStyle, please notify the obvious defects immediately (within 14 days) by e-mail. Your invoice will be accepted as the certificate of warranty.

Item numbers and prices displayed online may differ from the manufacturer's tag. Products may be subject to colour, size or pattern variations such as often occur with leather and other natural materials. We reserve a length tolerance of +/- 5.0 mm for all of our watch straps.
