1. Ordering
Our offers are without engagement and subject to confirmation. Orders are considered to be firm if acknowledged and carried out by shipment of the goods.
2. Payment
We accept payments credit card as well as by wire transfer.
• Wire Transfer (upon request): EU bank-to-bank transfer, to be paid within 3 business days after ordering. Exclusively for residents of the European Union. Our bank details are being provided by e-mail.
• VISA/MasterCard: Real-time credit card transaction, using secure 128-bit SSL encryption. If you are enrolled in Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode, you will be prompted to enter your password. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping
The estimated delivery times, based on express shipping, are indicated on the product pages.
Colors and sizes marked as "custom manufactured" require 4 weeks, in addition to the delivery times indicated on the product pages.
• Standard: Postal mail service, no tracking available. Delivery time: 3-12 days, in addition to the delivery times indicated on the product pages.

If an order is lost during shipping, we cannot issue refunds, nor reship the order until the postal claim period has expired. The buyer is responsible for the validity of the provided address information. Non-deliverable packages cannot be reshipped.
4. Returns
You may return your order for an exchange or a refund within 14 days of delivery. Before returning your order, please submit an authorization request using our contact form. If approved, we will provide you with our return instructions. Please note that we cannot accept your return if:
• the product is not in its original condition or shows clear signs of use
• the return has been requested more than 14 days after delivery
• the product is made of reptile leather (applies to non-EU residents only)
• the product has been custom-manufactured (according § 3 GTC)
We cannot accept refunds if the return is not a result of our error (applies to non-EU residents). However, we may accept an exchange of equal or higher value. Reshipping will be charged in addition.
We cannot accept cancellations of custom orders being processed. Returns must be shipped by regular postal mail service. Rejected returns cannot be reshipped.
5. Pricing
The minimum order value is currently GBP 10.00. Standard shipped items may be subject to sales tax depending on the destination country. On shipments outside the European Union buyers will be responsible for covering customs fees and other import duties.
6. Warranty
If something is wrong with an order you have received from WatchStyle, please notify the obvious defects immediately (within 14 days) by e-mail. Your invoice will be accepted as the certificate of warranty.
Item numbers may differ from those of the manufacturers. Products may be subject to colour, size or pattern variations such as often occur with leather and other natural materials. We reserve a length tolerance of +/- 5.0 mm for all of our watch straps.
